The movie depicts how Gardner, through thick and thin, focuses on his dreams and finally becomes a successful stockbroker. Later on, he established his own brokerage company then become a generous person who provides shelter for the homeless.

     A Family Man is a directorial debut by Ozark’s co-creator Mark Williams. It tells a story about Dane (Gerard Butler) who works as a headhunter at his company. He is more concerned with his job than his family until his son suffers from cancer. As his personal problem clashes with professional life, he should choose the best way for him and his family. In the end, he will realize that his work is no longer valuable than his family.

    Written, directed, and starred by Jon Favreau, Chef is an entertaining drama-comedy. The story is about Carl Casper (Favreau), a famous chef who lost his job due to his dispute with a food blogger on social media and at the restaurant he worked at. To overcome the situation, he started his own business by running a food-truck restaurant.

     Not only funny and engaging, the movie casted high-rated Hollywood stars such as Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, and Dustin Hoffman. This film teaches us the importance of creativity and being creative. Besides, we have to start over to get into our career and enjoy every process.

     Up in the Air focuses on the life of Ryan Bingham (George Clooney), an employee whose main task is to fire his client’s employees in their faces. The business is booming as many employers do not have courage to terminate their employees by themselves. Because of his job, Bingham spends a lot of time on the trips and rarely meets his family. However, a new employee named Natalie Keener (Anna Kendrick) comes up with new idea: all employees do not need to have countless trips. The job could be done via a web camera connected to internet.

     At first, Bingham didn’t agree with Natalie’s opinion. He considered Natalie as an inexperienced new kid. But slowly, Natalie’s idea began to be accepted by Ryan. On the other hand, Ryan has been building intimate relationship with Alex Goran, a businesswoman who, like Bingham, frequents air travel. Both Bingham and Goran share similar point of views.

     We can take the moral values that in life, career Is not that the only one we have to pursue, but also relationships with friends or family. Besides, we must be creative and convey positive ideas to advance our company.

     This American comedy-drama’s main character is Andrea Sachs (Anne Hathaway). She is a fresh graduate who has a big dream to become a journalist. However, she got a job as assistant junior at a fashion magazine, led by the fierce Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). She realized that the job would bring her to become a journalist. On the other hand, she has a boss who expects nothing but perfection. She is often being ridiculed because her outfit looks old. In this film, Meryl Streep is able to present her scathing words and a sharp glance at every moment.

     By watching this movie, we will understand the benefits of learning new things and growing up at the company where we work. In the future, with good luck and years of hard-work, they will bring us to our dream job.
